      No defined process, Decisions are taken per senior management whims and fancies. Most of the senior management in UK and India comprises of people who failed a successful running company. Will not hesitate to mis-sell a product or service to clients. Most of the data fudged and outdated

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
