Pros
Location, nice people in a team, nice trainings, manager was helpful at the beginning, the pay is ok for the first year
Cons
No kitchen on a floor, no tea or coffee, you have to buy your own, very bad kitchen area downstairs, HR is the worst, manager wasn’t helpful with COVID-19 situation, they chose not to participate in Furlough scheme and laid me and my teammates off. They don’t care about employees who hold non-managerial roles, also the manager takes care of all the best accounts and we have to find new ones which is ok but the manager also takes all the inbound requests to themselves. This is definitely not an employees friendly company, all they care about is their money and they are very greedy with investing in good working environment. So I would suggest to work there for like 6 months or a year and then get something better as you won’t find support in there
