Pros
- Many good and supportive colleagues across different departments. - Some nice leaders who have been instrumental in driving growth. - Work life balance, I have come across some scenarios where the company displayed empathy and flexibility when some employees needed some support and understanding.
Cons
- Uncertainty, no avenues for professional growth, no clarity of role and processes as such. - - - Some of the leaders (regionally) are insecure and the office environment isn’t so motivating. - Sales is the prime focus. Hard working and quality employees are not valued or heard mostly and they eventually end up leaving out of frustration. - The management just keeps rolling out n nbrs of updates and new processes without much of strategic thinking. It’s just mere waste of time until it doesn’t get implemented with proper thought process
