Culture -Old english boy network management is the lesser of evils when the entire company culture is toxic. Upper management treat employees terribly with a divide and conquer mentality. The environment is hostile and you are treated as a number. When those numbers are brought in no recognition is received. The turnover rate is high & only two employees have been there longer than 3 years. Infrastructure is almost non existent. Basic necessities like office supplies and paper towels are not provided. Constant refurbished laptop computer issues which impede with daily workflow. Compensation-low base with commission, but commission comes with many loopholes (that is even if it is paid out correctly).
