      Great business structure and opportunity to grow in career development Management are inspirational, fair and honest whilst supporting in career build internally Plenty of incentives and great social side which compliments the hard work within the group Company stays innovative within the business sector which is very important to clients

      Business to business sales is not for everyone and a fair yet tough target is set monthly. If considering a sales role be ready to treat it like your own business as what you put in you get out!

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
