      Pros

      People are good. Hybrid working. Lots of autonomy over how you work. Gives some good opportunities that some other companies might not give.

      Cons

      Salary progression is weak. Benefits are practically non-existent. Company strategy seems off and ill-informed.

      Lots of freedom. Need to have product for clients.

      Be ready to go into office but the people are friendly and its productive.

      Supportive team, collaboration within the team

      Cons

      You never get a raise or promotion, not even annual inflation adjustment. Higher management doesn’t care about you or any other employees. They are only concern about generating more revenue without even appreciating or giving any perks to their employees.
