      Nepotism and unethical business practices limit potential. Also can leave a pretty big 'black mark' on your resume when you try to move to more reputable work.

      Pros

      I love the location of the office, it's very accessible by TTC. The company also offers great health benefits and performance reviews are encouraged every bi-yearly or yearly.

      Have not experienced any negatives yet.

      Pros

      Professional environment with good facilities. Employees were asked to WFH when the pandemic hit. Still growing as a company, lots of opportunities.

      Cons

      -No work-life balance -No process established. This needs work. -Some people in management need interpersonal skills (finance, sales) -Need better managers
