Excellent product training. Flexible with scheduling. Awesome commission structure. Relaxed staff with many great employees. A great attention grabbing product because let's face it; who doesn't like to feel a secure?

If you are not a sales rockstar, you will not make it. I apologize but being that i was the best the second best inside sales rep, id seen many faces come and go. Scripting was mediocre. Have to pretty much make it up yourself.

None, the owners and management are all related to each other and are horrible at what they do. If they don't like you for any reason at all you will know about it. Extremely difficult to get along with and very unlikeable.

Attempted to unionize in the workplace and was fired for doing so after committing 2 years to this company. Thankfully the union vote passed anyway, despite the owner's clear attempts at union busting.
