Not for someone who requires constant direction, must be able to develop ideas on your own that will be valuable.

Offers straight time overtime. Often it's required.

Not accepting to new team members. Extremely high turnover rate with little/no development. They will either force you out or terminate you first chance they get. I've seen good employees get fired as a scapegoat to a failed project. Not a place you want to work at.
