Pros
Good communication both within the UK office and with the US parent company.
Cons
As of early 2019: The software running the core business processes was poorly written, incredibly insecure, expensive to maintain, and well overdue a complete rewrite. The vast majority of even the most basic of security issues, which could have exposed sensitive data - including medical conditions - were ignored. The project management process was so poor that even a minor bugfix could take a week or two and two meetings to go from development into production. The HR department were unable to understand basic UK employment law, to the point where employees were not even being given even their statutory minimum amount of annual leave. The dress code is from the 90s and rigidly enforced: not even allowing shorts during the height of summer. It even listed the styles of shoe that are deemed acceptable!
