Great for client facing roles

Not good for techies , No skill development , Incompetent upper management

No such pros as any apart from WFH for few selected people

Very poor woking culture and poor management who don't care about the employee and ask to work on weekend and leaves. working hours can extend from 9 hrs to 12-15 hrs depend no work which is now become normal. pathetic laptop which keep on crashing. Manager mostly assign work at the end of the day (mostly after 6-7 pm) and ask to complete the task on same day.
