-If you are new to sales this is a great jumping off point. -The US employees that are still there are amazing and doing the jobs of 3 people so you will get to network with future leaders at other companies. - Beautiful location - Compensation is average for sales. Just make sure you track everything to ensure you are paid out correctly.
Cons
- Toxic, anti-sales and people last culture. Performance is not rewarded it is just pushed to fill other gaps. - Complaints about inappropriate behavior at the highest levels are ignored. - Executive leadership is unqualified and uninterested in learning about the business. -Middle Management has been reduced to escalation points for the massive amount of issues impacting the end customers. - Pressure to not utilize your benefits is pervasive.
