Pros
Reasonable pay and benefits. Almost everything went well. It seemed to be a company that does not seem to want to take advantage of contractors. (Exception: one questionable incident concerning initial offer. See Cons.)
Cons
In the beginning an offer was made. I accepted. Before I began, they came back and said they had to offer less money. Now, I don't know whether the source of this bait-and-switch was the young recruiter who was told she gave up too much profit or whether it really was the client company as the recruiter told me, because I did not think it would be appropriate to inquire once I got there. Whichever it was, such practice is extremely unprofessional. I went ahead and accepted the position anyway. I also had a little trouble reaching my representatives concerning logistics upon contract's end, but nothing too serious.
