Pros
There is a culture that the employees make the company thrive here that is quite exciting to work within compared to the last couple of jobs I've had during and after the pandemic. No company is perfect in EVERY way, but they genuinely strive to do their best for their employees while balancing the needs of the business imo. I take pride and pleasure going to work every day. Everyone (with a very few exceptions) is willing to help each other out with things that you don't know yet about the product and processes that go into them. Compensation seems to be a little above average once you factor in bonuses, and the benefits offered are pretty good. The parent corporation has an aggressive acquisitions program going on right now that is expanding the scope of relevant and developing technology within the industry into our corporation, as well as changes to the products we make globally to fit into their sustainability program. They are making a difference!
Cons
The facility is getting a little cramped due to business growth, can't wait for our new facility to get built and up and running!
