      Lots of potential for the business to become a thriving, modern company.

      Cons

      Incompetent and highly overpaid management that delegates all their work to junior employees. Outdated HR, uninterested in keeping their best employees around. Weird company culture that discourages healthy communication among departments.

      1) Respectful of school commitments at UF 2) Positive and welcoming environment 3) Good place for those who thrive in library-like setting

      Cons

      Gave 4/5 stars instead because the company is very opposed to remote-work, although that didn't bother me for a college student position- it still signals that the company is not very flexible or forward-looking.
