Constant split shifts and long hours.
No consequences either - mistakes are constantly made here that would have people fired at other businesses but no one wants to take responsibility so these mistakes keep happening. It's no wonder we're a failing business.
Understaffed on critical days, overstaffed on others. Rota is inconsistent, late, and changes after being published.
