Great office & environment, friendly team, wide range of internet marketing experience and skills, market leader, growing tech company. I’ve worked at Glacial Multimedia for 15+ years now, and I can honestly say that it’s an agency full of people who really care about their clients, and the quality of the services they provide to them. Over the years, I’ve seen the team grow from 5 people to more than 50, and like any other company, there were growing pains. However, everyone stepped up to the plate and confronted the challenges head on. As a result, significant improvements have been made across the board, resulting in the largest, leanest, and most skilled team providing medical internet websites and marketing. Particularly in the area of ophthalmology, Glacial is a market leader, and a force to be reckoned with. Building custom websites is not an easy business to be in, especially today. Despite the challenge, the different departments in the company work together to piece together highly complex internet websites and marketing campaigns. Turnover has been minimal over the years, and other than a couple of isolated exceptions, most everyone who left the company left with lots of great experience, and close friendships which continued thereafter. There are a large number of people at the company who have been working there for many many years, and they provide a suitable environment for newer employees to adjust and learn from them. I’ve read some of the negative reviews about the company on Glassdoor, and my personal opinion is that they are very biased and do not reflect the reality about this company as a whole.
