Pros
You can earn extra cash by going to the gym regularly. On site health assessments and ways to earn rewards for remaining healthy.
Cons
No employee stock options. A paper check stub is given every week (vs electronic). Internal processes are very complicated (submitting a health desk ticket) and notifying customer service. Company did not adjust to the new State Tax Rate (July 2017) on time . All Illinois Givaudan employees had to take a 1 time paycheck hit due to their negligence.
