Pros
The company offers good welfare and benefits. It provides good exposure to an MNC environment, especially for those coming from SMEs. However, there is little opportunity for employee growth.
Cons
Insane workload, and management said they could not help with it. Colleagues are helpful and provide guidance; however, most of the groundwork is dumped on interns and newcomers. Seniors are usually busy with their own tasks and do not follow the work schedule planned by the supervisor. There is no proper training for new staff as what they learn is not align across senior to junior.
