Nothing much to say except that they offer you a good package but after that no growth
Cons
People in sales are leaving and they are not even asked to stay back. The new juniors hired are given excessive personal training by the Business head and older employees are not even cared for. Why would anyone want to continue working. Comments passed on female employees on their attire. Some are even told to do weight loss. POSH should be applicable on these comments.
