Cons
Well the list goes long 1. They are a selfish bunch of people. You can only work in this organization till you have a purpose to solve. The day you complete the task they will chuck you out. 2. Worst HR and Admin department ever seen in an organization. HR's always pretend to be super busy however have a closer look and most of the times you will see them gossiping. Most of the managers and business unit heads are taking support from external vendors to expand their team when inside the organization they have a huge bunch of recruiters. Finance team never ever processes reimbursement claims on time. BIG PAIN !!! Admin & IT team is too book bounded and never ever use logic. Even for a AC remote or getting a WiFi password one has to mark an email to them and mention an approval from their immediate manager. I mean SERIOUSLY !!!! Admin staff is too rude in their behavior. 3. CEO's and senior management officials barely interact with team members who are not in their favorite list. 4. They dont provide any transportation facility for their employees. Employees have to travel on their own and claim reimbursements which take forever to be processed. 5. Dont even dare to voice your opinion about any issue. You will be considered as a jerk only.
