Pros
Great for getting your feet wet with writing. Will hire young/straight from college (so they can pay you much less).
Cons
Expected to work 24/7. Will pay you the minimum possible. The building we were working out of was falling apart with water, cleanliness and rodent issues. The owner does not know how to run the company and does not treat employees well.
