New learning environment with hands on experience to technical tools

No company ethics or coordination among the team, they act like one happy family of employers in social media posts outside but u known there is no deep meaningful networking happening at all and its all fake. The design team was literally going behind my back and into gossips just because i pointed out a corection wor to be done. The founder and all his managing authorities have different understanding of the working environment and this confuses the interns on their work management and allocation. Respect will be given until you are good at what you are doing otherwise don't expect it. No creative freedom.

Honestly, I've really enjoyed my time at Ginger Media Group so far. What stands out to me is how supportive everyone is, my managers are super approachable and always happy to help out when I'm stuck. It's a huge relief knowing I can count on them. I'm also loving the fact that the company is all about growth and development. There are always chances to pick up new skills and take on fresh challenges, which keeps my job exciting. The team is talented and passionate about what they do, and it's really motivating to work with people who are so dedicated. It's really fun and collaborative. We have regular team outings and activities that are a blast, it's awesome to bond with my colleagues outside of work. All in all, I feel like I'm part of something pretty cool.
