      Pros

      Best Place to learn for entry level professionals. Working here is always fun as very good working environment as well as zero internal politics during work. Arjun Da and Raja Da the best HOD I have worked with - very cooperative and friendly behavior. Yearly family picnic and rooftop party for the employees. Very good development processes followed by R&D Dept.

      Cons

      Very poor HR policy and mostly unprofessional attitude. Always finds new and unprecedented ways to deduct amount from your salaries. Growth for senior personnel only but for Junior executive they have nothing . All the TL are OLD Bulls doesn't allow growth of others. Whatever is the performance Max hike will be 1 to 4 K.

      - Great Place to start as a Fresher. - You will get an opportunity to work closely with your team. - Working Culture was splendid. - You will get full support from the employees and you will get a great opportunity to grow your career with this growing company. - Strong Policy of Sexual Harassment is being followed in this company. - Here, Strong Appraisal System is being followed as well as PMS Policy is also very good in this company. - You will be eligible for a very good Mediclaim Policy in this organisation. Ginesys gives you a complete Work Life Balance.

      Cons

      - Less connectivity between Branches.
