Pros
Staff and faculty are skilled and knowledgeable, but undervalued by the administration. A nice community to be a part of if you keep your head down.
Cons
Leadership is non-existent, and faculty are left to figure things out on their own. Pay is low compared to private schools of similar size and tuition, and taking on additional responsibility is not rewarded.
