Pros

- Excellent growth potential at all levels, with no ceiling to how high you can go. I grew from junior hire to senior management over 3 years. - Company is growing and expanding, creating a lot of exciting new initiatives to participate in (and problems to solve) - Very low ego management: you can be a junior person with a good idea and a drive to do more, and people will trust you and expand your scope very quickly if you show you can deliver - Team members are friendly, international and very professional and committed to the success of the business - Fully remote and distributed team, very little micro-management: just define and hit your goals, management is conscious of the importance of work/life balance.

Cons

- There could be more internal events, team meetups, etc... for morale - Still a young company and a lot of processes (finance, HR...) could be improved on or added - Most managers are first-time managers so you need to sometime ask for salary reviews and feedback directly instead of expecting it to come naturally

Pros

Giggster is a startup – and a fast-growing one at that – but because the team is so well-placed and talented it doesn't feel like a chaos factory like most startups do. Being on the team is more like working within a well-oiled machine – so the mission feels more like a game to win than an impossible dream to try and make real. Smart driven people, fun industry, and big upside combine to make a great rare opportunity in startup-land to love what you do and who you do it with.

Cons

Giggster operates in industry verticals that are pretty specific, so the culture and team skills are deep and limited to a few areas (like production, film, content, etc.) This means the environment is best suited for specialists, and not likely a good fit for individuals from other industries.
