QA engineers are treated like daily wages, Not respected at all, what you get the pay during your joining time stays standstill for 90% QA engineers last 3 years favourism starting from VP level. all QA employees never get salary hikes. only very few people get based on biased and favourism approach. Only whom they like they give salary hike, recognition. Variable pay's not paid properly. If you "YES" everything, then you are treated like a talented person. If you say "No" and justify for something, then you get an answer "You are not aligned to the system" Culture has become too worst recent times
