Giftbit has mastered the act of smiles in the front and a knife in the back. The business 'team' appears to be incredibly cliquey and is the most unwelcoming group of them all. However the developers & operations teams are civilized and respectful of each other, we allow for growth, stability and ideas to be shared and attempted, regardless if 5 years ago that idea didn't work. If you choose to take on work at Giftbit in the business end, always have an eye up and a foot out the door. A Company that claims to use candor as a guiding principle, however they are snakes in the grass and are always ready to bite anyone who speaks candidly.
