      Good people to work with. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Sense of no direction by senior management. Even though this is an international company it is run like a mom and pop shop. Hard to see systems in place.

      Good CSR team. Card manufacturing industry different to work kind a cool industry. But gets boring over period

      Cons

      Low Pay less PTO time & only 2 float holidays/year. Very Biased and unfair internal hiring environment.
