      Pros

      Great community, the school allows you to design your own curriculum around standards and tailor your teaching to what works best for your students.

      Cons

      A lot of the curriculum is written by teachers that takes up 90% of all meetings and PD days. I’m not sure how it is now since most of the curriculum was written by former teachers. There has been a lot going of tune over with leadership, which seems messy
