Cons
Cons:
- NO HR DEPARTMENT so any issues with benefits, time off or policy changes are difficult to address.
- policy changes are implemented WITHOUT being communicated to employees.
- No training is provided.
- Their job tracking system and digital workflow is patchwork at best
- because there isn't an HR, personnel issues are rarely, if at all, addressed. this allows toxic employees to be hired and employed which destroys moral.
- Low employee moral
- high turn over.
- No IT or even some who specializes in IT is employed at the company so equipment and the network are always breaking down.
- Benefits are expensive for families, and overall not competitive
- Pay is not competitive, raises are never offered, if you do ask for more money, it's taken as an insult that you would ask for such a thing.
