      Pros

      Friendly Team and friendly customers. If I needed help, my teammates and manager were all very helpful and helped train me for my role. I really enjoyed working with them and with the customers. Everyone was respectful and great to worth with. Since this was my first food-related retail position, I learned a lot from very helpful coworkers and managers and I really enjoyed my time at Giant Food. I would definitely recommend.

      Pros

      The team was nice and the customers were friendly.

      Cons

      The management are inconsistent in their employment practices. They target certain employees and will at some point be in legal trouble based on how they treat people. They have no leadership skills like communication and clarity. The store manager, assistant and HR needs to be retrained. The morale is low and there is constant confusion. Leaders should be the model in creating an inclusive culture.
