The whole thing is a farce - leaders love to present complete nonsense at meetings just to feed their own egos Poor management and leadership Constant changing goalposts and priorities with a lack of direction Big culture of secrecy between departments and sub-teams Lack of communication and trust Removal of flexible/ hybrid working Leaders in Turkey do not understand foreign markets No cost of living pay adjustment etc Very low morale among head office Treat employees like they are a number
