Pros
One best work environment that I ever had, -First company of the business model, -Helpful and supportive management team, -Incredible coordination and cooperation between departments, -Horizontal management system -A work place where Z generation could easily work and find their selves, -A technology company with field operations, -There are a lot to do, achieve and succeed.
Cons
Being a startup means you have to work hard, for me that's a pro but some people find that as a con so there you go.
