Over the past year, our backend teams transitioned to Go, which created many opportunities for learning and growth. During this process, we removed unnecessary service calls, improved overall system efficiency, and aligned architectural decisions across teams. The company’s openness to adopting new tools and technologies has made it an excellent environment for continuous improvement and professional development.
Cons
The Scrum methodology is not fully implemented, which sometimes leads to a slightly chaotic working process. As the company is highly product-driven, project deadlines can occasionally be tight, and there are times when extra effort or longer hours are needed to ensure timely delivery.
