Pros
I have been working in this company for about 5 years. It has been a good experience so far. The products that this company has are truly one of a kind and save patients lives. In the field, this company has a really good reputation with the clinicians. I have been able to grow my career and am happy with its progression. Senior Management has really listened to the field and they are actively trying their best to make it an even better company. When The new president for the US Eric Honroth was brought on board, I wasn’t too sure he was going to be able to bring change but he has been delivering positive change since coming here. This company demands that their employees be experts in their product line and the training is intense but well worth it when you get to the field.
Cons
Career mobility may seem next to impossible because of the tenure of most reps with the company. At times, it feels like you’re fighting with both your customer and the company. Company needs to improve on collaboration between divisions.
