Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and for recognizing some of the positives, like our sales systems, certain account structures, and the benefits and time off we offer employees.
That said, a few points in your review don’t align with the actual history of the company, so it’s worth clarifying for anyone reading this. If you’ve truly been here for 5–7 years, you know that layoffs have not been a regular occurrence. In fact, we had one round at the tail end of COVID, which many companies unfortunately had to navigate during that time. Outside of that period, layoffs have not been a common practice here.
The same goes for the office. The new space is not a downgrade; it’s actually closer to downtown Austin (about 10 minutes southwest of downtown compared to the previous office that was 20–25 minutes away). It’s also a significantly larger space because we are planning for future growth, not downsizing. The building includes amenities our previous office never had, including a full gym, an on-site café, and a clear view of the downtown skyline.
Regarding AI: the reality is that AI is becoming part of nearly every modern business. Our goal isn’t to replace people, it’s to make our teams more effective and competitive. Companies that completely ignore technological shifts tend to fall behind, and we’d rather invest in tools that help our teams succeed than pretend those shifts aren’t happening.
We always encourage honest feedback and open dialogue internally, and we hope anyone who feels strongly about concerns raises them directly so we can address them constructively.
