Pros
Worklife balance is good, not tough to get the job if you can speak well. Frankly speaking, the salary package was decent because you don't really need to work a lot.
Cons
Many things not realistic and business is losing capable leaders who can push for results. Business ethics is a a big concern. The company has been around for years but making same old mistakes and thought that changing people will solve the problem.
