      Overworked underpaid - Customer Service Representative GetInsured Employee Review

      Pros

      You meet and work with some great people.

      Cons

      They only care about getting the work done. They took away every holiday we were supposed to have off and made it mandatory to work 12hr shifts with no extra breaks. They also move you up in the company with no pay increase.
