Epic people. Really interesting work - product roadmap becoming AI native is giving me a lot of opportunity to experiment (which i love). Really good talent bar for co-intel teams but we need more engineers. Ive been given a huge amount of opportunity to grow but low/average performers who don't give 100% end up leaving. Still early stage business so hard work is expected to build the product we all want to

my team has seen the most change some handled well, some not. leaders have been quite honest about whats gone well/not. Things are improving but lots of people in new roles and trying to come together to build good stuff - some of that is going well, some still has problems to solve.
