Pros
-No one chides you for a bad day. It happens.
-Really forces you to communicate and advocate for yourself. Everyone is helpful, but no one will "hold your hand."
-The work and hours are flexible. If you don't like something, they are open to finding something you do.
-Staff is great! Everyone I met has been so nice and fun to work with. I worked directly with the Vice President, Yan Gladkov, for a portion of my time and he was always very insightful and eager to help others grow.
Cons
-Communication over changes can be iffy. I felt certain information should have been provided sooner than it was, but fornuately it did not negatively impact me.
-It is unpaid, so sometimes it feels like it's all for nothing and you won't be recognized, though if you're in college you can apply to receive credits.
