Pros
I experienced pretty good mentorship from the top management of the company. We had some really good clients with big names that were good to add to mny portfolio, Some clients were more willing to push the creative boundaries than others, but that's to be expected.
Cons
As with a lot of agencies, we often had to work over time and had to be on call even on weekends or holidays.
