      Pros

      Everything about this company is awesome. They have an amazing retirement plan and a very good management group. Also very safe place to work.

      Cons

      If working in an environment that is dirty bothers a person well its not a job for you but if that type of thing doesn't bother you go for it and give it your all.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
