      Pros

      Gerdau Long Steel North America has a great benefits package. The work is interesting. I was basically a people manager.

      Cons

      The hours are long. The pay is below average and certainly not worth the hours. Take a good look at the stock price.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
