      Solid safety culture, company is looking at its culture and is serious about making changes Many good things going on even in a tough market.

      Cons

      Way too lean, you will work really long days or not get it all done. Still too much corporate focus but hopefully the trend continues.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
