      Stable job, decent overtime opportunities, ok benefits

      Cons

      Mill and rail yard are very old and patched together, resulting in unsafe conditions. Some of the most miserable people I have ever worked with.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
