      Discrimination against hearing impaired people, lead to termination after I had problems with my hearing and the workplace. They would not work with me

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
