      Pros

      Good Coworkers. The work place is relatively safe. Lots of communication meetings, but no input from the floor.

      Cons

      Management only worries about pleasing corporate. The folks that work on the floor are not valued and the amount of turn over shows this. Pay is below average, but again management DOES NOT CARE. Rolling Mill Superintendent only values his own opinion.

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
