      room to grow, open communication, incredible culture, leadership development program is amazing! lots of learning opportunities

      Cons

      Worked here for a little bit over a year and only con is that sometimes corporate politics can get in the way and some people you will meet in a corporate setting act like they are still in middle school!

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
