      Pros

      Competitive pay and benefits. Management lets you do your job without being micromanaged. Gerdau seems to be a stable company.

      Cons

      There is not enough room for growth. If you want to progress and grow into a better job, it is very hard because there are never opportunities

      Pros

      Great summer experience, workers are great and willing to teach about steel making. Great place to learn about the real manufacturing industry and gain hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It's a little far from Richmond, and it is not the cleanest environment.
